“Hayden delivered a comprehensive service from start to finish. He provided detailed valuation, pricing and marketing advice, executing a very effective online presentation of the property, and gave helpful feedback from each of the viewings he accompanied. He went 'over and above' in supervising repairs and staging, and taking care of the property in our absence. He gave solid negotiating advice, handled unusual situations calmly and achieved a very satisfactory outcome. Highly recommended!”

“My wife and I worked with Hayden over the past two years, looking to find a larger home in Incline. Hayden went above and beyond to understand our search parameters, preferences and what kind of property we were looking for. Hayden has a close pulse on the local market and was able to give us heads up on multiple coming listings ahead of time, and he is extremely patient as we looked at a large number of properties. On the transaction side, Hayden provides thoughtful advice from bid to closing and the entire process is very smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.”
